A 30-Day Clinical Pilot combining Biometrics, Somatics, and Custom Audio

I am opening registration for an intimate, 15-person global research cohort starting the second week of July 2026. This study is designed to measure the impact of custom-coded  40 Hz sound stimulation and daily somatic tracking on nervous system resilience, vagal tone, and cognitive clarity.

🎯 Who This Is For

This study targets neurological fatigue and brain fog. We are accepting participants who fall into one of two tracks:

  • The Longevity Track: Adults (typically 55+) noticing natural, age-related shifts in short-term memory, daily focus, or sleep quality.

  • The Neuro-Rehabilitation Track: Adults (any age) recovering from a past head injury, trauma, concussion, or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), experiencing persistent cognitive fatigue or "brain fog."

🛑 Who This Is NOT For (Safety Exclusions)

Because this protocol utilizes specific gamma-frequency 40Hz auditory stimulation to entrain brain wave activity, you are ineligible to participate if you have:

  • A personal history of epilepsy, seizures, or sound-induced neurological triggers.

  • Advanced Alzheimer's disease.

  • Severe technology anxiety (you must be comfortable using email and a basic smartphone app with my guidance).

  • An expectation of a passive "quick fix" rather than an active 30-day  program.

📊 What is Required of Participants

To maintain data integrity for future clinical publication, all 15 participants must commit to a simple 30-day rhythm:

  1. Private Intake: A 1-on-1 Zoom consultation with me to establish your biometric baseline and customize your frequency sounds.

  2. Daily Practice: Dedicating 30 minutes, twice a day, to listening to your custom frequency track.

  3. Biometric Tracking: Submitting your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) score via a quick online form 3 times a week (using a free smartphone app called Welltory).

  4. Longitudinal Feedback: Filling out 5 brief, private progress surveys online over the course of 6 months. (To protect your privacy, you will be assigned a secure Participant ID for all tracking forms).

  5. Community (Optional): Access to a private WhatsApp group for shared experiences and 3 live integration calls held over Zoom on Sundays (times announced once the cohort is set).

Total Investment: $227 (Covers your custom audio files, community access, and clinical feedback regarding your collected data).

1. What exactly is "Vagal Reset Sound Therapy"?  I use specific sound frequencies to resonate with your nervous system. For a  "retune" of the static of over-stimulation into a state of calm. Many different types of frequencies can be paired and analysed to give you sound therapy that not only helps to reset the vagus nerve but also harmonises the body and spirit. Because this sound therapy can be used at any time, using it at the precise moment your symptoms of physical or emotional stress arise allows you to tap into your neuroplastic ability to rewire your responses to the world. Sometimes quickly, sometimes slower last change takes place. 

2. I’m not a "plant-based person."  While I advocate for a Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) approach because I believe it is the fastest way to "cool" body inflammation, I meet you exactly where you are. We focus on adding healing foods rather than just taking things away. No judgment, just medicine. And you do not have to make any food changes to work with me.

3. Do I need to have my camera on for Qi Gong or Group sessions? Never. For many of us, being "seen" on Zoom is a sensory drain or just not convenient. You are welcome to stay off-camera, stay in your pajamas, or even listen while lying down. Your comfort is the priority!

4. Why only 30-minute sessions for 1:1 consults? The 30 minutes consults are effective and simple, and for many, a traumatized or inflamed nervous system often has a "threshold." Long, 60-90 minute clinical deep dives can sometimes be over-stimulating or even uncomfortable. By keeping our sessions to a focused 30 minutes, we get the clinical work done without triggering "processing fatigue."

5. How do I use the Sliding Scale? On the booking page, you’ll see three price options. There is no application.  I trust you to choose the tier that matches your current financial reality. You just let me know.

6. How will I get my herbs or supplements? For my US-based clients, I have both a Chinese herbal company and a Western herb and supplement company that I have used for many years, which will ship directly to you.
