1. What exactly is "Vagal Reset Sound Therapy"? I use specific sound frequencies to resonate with your nervous system. For a "retune" of the static of over-stimulation into a state of calm. Many different types of frequencies can be paired and analysed to give you sound therapy that not only helps to reset the vagus nerve but also harmonises the body and spirit. Because this sound therapy can be used at any time, using it at the precise moment your symptoms of physical or emotional stress arise allows you to tap into your neuroplastic ability to rewire your responses to the world. Sometimes quickly, sometimes slower last change takes place.
2. I’m not a "plant-based person." While I advocate for a Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) approach because I believe it is the fastest way to "cool" body inflammation, I meet you exactly where you are. We focus on adding healing foods rather than just taking things away. No judgment, just medicine. And you do not have to make any food changes to work with me.
3. I have ADHD/Autism and struggle with consistency. Will the 30-day challenge be too much? I built this specifically for you! The emails are designed to be "low-demand"—meaning they are short and won't make you feel guilty if you skip a day. You can binge-read them or ignore them for a week and jump back in. No "behind" exists here. Do you have a loved one who is neurospicy and wants to try this out for them? That is fine as well!
4. Do I need to have my camera on for Qi Gong or Group sessions? Never. For many of us, being "seen" on Zoom is a sensory drain. You are welcome to stay off-camera, stay in your pajamas, or even listen while lying down. Your comfort is the priority!
5. Why only 30-minute sessions for 1:1 consults? The 30 minutes consults are effective and simple, and for many, a traumatized or inflamed nervous system often has a "threshold." Long, 60-90 minute clinical deep dives can sometimes be over-stimulating or even uncomfortable. By keeping our sessions to a focused 30 minutes, we get the clinical work done without triggering "processing fatigue."
6. How do I use the Sliding Scale? On the booking page, you’ll see three price options. There is no application. I trust you to choose the tier that matches your current financial reality. You just let me know.
